At Le Saint Georges, our cuisine reflects the spirit of the house: generous, authentic, and deeply rooted in the Fribourg region. Local specialties such as moiti\u00e9-moiti\u00e9 fondue, chalet macaroni, r\u00f6sti, and chalet soup are served alongside wood-fired pizzas, meat and fish dishes, and pasta, creating a menu that caters to every taste and every generation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The Poya Hall<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

A large traditional <\/span>poya<\/em> mural gives the room its distinctive character, blending Fribourg heritage with contemporary design. Connected to the Veranda by sliding doors, the space can be opened to create a larger venue or closed to provide a more intimate setting, ideal for private events.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
