From small, intimate gatherings to seminars for 240 people, our two venues can be tailored to your event. We offer full-day or half-day packages that include conference equipment, meals, and on-site accommodations for multi-day seminars.

The Saint Georges Hall

Designed for events and featuring a private terrace with views of Gruyères Castle and the Pre-Alps, the Salle Saint Georges is the perfect venue for your seminars and meetings.

Bright and spacious, it is equipped for conferences with a projector, an 85-inch Samsung screen, flip charts, whiteboards, Wi-Fi, and conference tables with notepads. Its built-in stage allows for presentations and plenary sessions in front of a large audience.

Perfect for intimate celebrations

The Poya Hall

Our intimate room, connected to the Veranda by sliding doors and adorned with a large poya stretching the length of the wall, the Poya Room is the perfect venue for your small-group meetings and workshops.

Ideal for team meetings, small-group workshops, or brainstorming sessions, the Poya Room offers a warm setting that fosters informal discussions. For meetings requiring complete confidentiality, the Saint Georges Room is recommended.

Our Packages

From brief meetings lasting just a few hours to seminars lasting several days, our packages cover all your needs for a full day of work.

Depending on the format you choose, the package includes room and private terrace rental, conference equipment, a welcome coffee, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, a three-course dinner with a choice from our menus, and accommodations with a breakfast buffet for overnight stays.
