From small meetings to seminars for up to 240 guests, our two event spaces adapt to your needs. Full-day and half-day packages are available, including conference equipment, catering, and on-site accommodation for multi-day events.
The Saint Georges Hall
Dedicated to events and extending onto a private terrace overlooking Gruyères Castle and the Fribourg Prealps.
Bright and spacious, the Saint Georges Hall is designed for seminars and meetings, with a full range of conference facilities including a projector, an 85-inch Samsung display, flip charts, whiteboards, Wi-Fi, and conference tables equipped with notepads.
Its integrated stage also provides the ideal setting for presentations and plenary sessions.

The Poya Hall
Connected to the Veranda by sliding doors and adorned with a large traditional poya mural spanning the length of the wall, the Poya Room is ideal for small meetings and workshops.
Perfect for team meetings, small-group workshops, and brainstorming sessions, the Poya Room offers a warm and welcoming setting that encourages collaboration and informal discussions. For meetings requiring complete privacy, the Saint Georges Hall is the recommended choice.

Our Packages
From a few hours to multi-day seminars, our packages are designed to suit the different formats of your business events.
Our packages include the meeting room and private terrace (for the Saint Georges room), conference equipment, a welcome coffee, coffee breaks, and a three-course meal selected from our set menus.
To extend your seminar, overnight stays in single rooms can be added to the package at a preferential rate. They include the breakfast buffet and tourist tax.
Available formats:
- Full-day with meal and coffee breaks. (minimum 10 people)
- Half-day with meal and coffee break. (minimum 15 people)
- Overnight stays in single rooms at a preferential rate, in addition to the package, including breakfast buffet, and city tax.
